Historic renovation can be both challenging and rewarding! Our homeowner loved their location but lacked the ability to add on to their home. They challenged us to not only create an open floor plan but to make all of the spaces functional for day to day living along with entertaining. Maintaining the character of this 100 year only home in the midst of significant upgrades was top priority.
